How do I set up a New Account for drop shipping?
You will need to fill out our online application. Along with the application, we will need PCI's resale certificate and a $25.00 deposit. With this you we will activate a "Pending Drop Ship Account". Pending accounts will have their personal passwords activated and are given full internet access where you will have access to our products and tools. The deposit can be made from our application page or over the phone. Passwords will be activated within 48 hours of receiving payment Monday thru Friday. To apply for an account, click here.
Permanent accounts are set up when you are ready to place your first order. At this time we will need to add a credit card to your account. All orders are charged to your credit card and drop shipped to your customer. To add a credit card to your account you will need to request the Credit Card Authorization form to be faxed or emailed to you.

How long will my account be active?
Permanent accounts that have been inactive for 6 months are closed and will have to be reactivated by resubmitting the resale certificate and credit form.

Are there any set-up fees?
PCI charges a $25.00 refundable deposit. This deposit is refundable within the first six months upon receipt of written request. Your account will be closed at this time if cumulative sales have not reach $500.00. If no written request is received at the end of 6 months the deposit will be forfeited.
PCI charges a $5.00 surcharge for all orders under $50.00.

You will need to fill out a PCI Return Authorization Request form for a defective exchange. PCI will give you a RA number which you can then give to your customer.

Your $25.00 deposit is refundable within the first six months upon receipt of written request. Please fax or email your refund request to pciwholesale@teletouch.com or 817-654-6970. The request must include the company name, contact name, address, phone number and email address. The refund will be credited back to the credit card or Paypal account in which you paid. Your account will be closed at this time if cumulative sales have not reached $500.00. If no written request is received at the end of 6 months the deposit will be forfeited.

What are the requirements for Warranty Repair?

Call (800) 245-4411 and receive a Return Authorization Number from PCI Service Department.

Write the Return Authorization Number on outside of shipping box.

Proof of Purchase must be included when product is returned for warranty repairs.

If the unit is sent under a dealer’s name, the warranty will start on the date of customer purchase from retailer. Please provide PCI with your proof of purchase to your customer, since this date is the warranty activation date. If you do not have the above referenced proof of purchase, please provide PCI with a copy of Progressive Concepts’ invoice. If no proof of purchase is provided to PCI, we will begin the warranty coverage from date of PCI’s invoice.

Ship the product-prepaid freight. PCI will return the product to you prepaid.

Shipping Policies
- We ship all orders UPS within 24 hours, weekdays, Monday through Friday. If a product is not available for immediate shipping you will be notified by email. We can only ship in the Continental United States, that includes Alaska and Hawaii.
- We will provide you with weights to all products but it will be up to you to determine how you want to figure freight on your website. There is a $5.00 surcharge on all orders under $50.00 on all orders. We charge actual shipping rates so the checkout process will not include shipping costs at the time your order is placed. Instead we provide for you weights of each product so you can use the calculators on the shipper's website. Our shipping options are FedEx and UPS and ship from zip code 76117. The minimum shipping fee is $9.00 and since we do not have box dimensions we recommend that you add $1 - $2 to the total. Insurance is provided with all shipments. All packages are shipped insured. However, if a package is shipped with no signature required and the package is stolen, UPS Insurance will not cover it, and PCI is not responsible for the loss. UPS charges an extra $2.00 per package to request a Signature.
- It is the dealer’s responsibility to include in the purchase order a note to accept or decline the “Signature Required” Option.

Auctions
We can not hold product for auctions. If you auction product not in y our possession it is at your own risk. It is recommended that you keep a close eye on our stock if you post our product on auction since our quantities change daily.
MAP pricing and Auctions: Be sure to read the MAP pricing policy before posting any product. Any product that has MAP pricing means you cannot sell or post a beginning bid amount below MAP pricing.

Sellers should not list any product on eBay or any other auction site without fully researching whether that particular item is authorized to be sold on their site or not. Warranties
All of our product is brand new and bought from the manufacturer and we honor the manufacturer's warranties. Our service department will repair or exchange product that falls under the manufactures guidelines. What is MAP Pricing?
MAP stands for "Minimum Advertised Price". This price is the lowest price a business can display to the consumer in print or on a website. It is very important that we honor the manufacturers MAP pricing. A manufacturer can refuse to sell product to any business that does not abide by their advertising policy. However, This price is for advertising only. Which means though you must advertise the product at MAP or above price, you can sell it for any dollar amount you wish.
Auctions and MAP Pricing. Any product that has MAP pricing means you cannot sell or post a beginning bid amount below MAP pricing.

Finding Quantity In Stock (please read the entire topic before clicking a link)
PCI has developed a system you can use to provide "live" quantity in stock.
